About us
Established since 1991, Fairhaven Under Fives supports children as they discover their potential and flourish into confident individuals ready and prepared to succeed at school. We offer a consistent routine alongside an enabling environment, teaching children to make friends, explore the world around them and learn through both child initiated and adult directed learning.

EYFS
The ‘Early Years Foundation Stage’ begins at birth and continues until the end of a child’s reception year in Primary School. This period is a distinct stage of learning with its own Learning Goals. Many children will already have had experience of group settings such as parent/toddler groups or with a childminder, but for some coming to our setting will be a completely new experience.
Meet our staff
All practitioners are highly qualified and hold all relevant training such as paediatric certificates in First Aid, Food Hygiene and Child Protection, to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. Staff attend regular training courses in order to update and maintain their skills as Early Years Practitioners particularly in the areas for which they have special responsibility.
